After a journey of 5 extremely dramatic performances with a variety of themes, Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves 2024 is gradually coming to an end with the final night called “Brilliant Transformation”.

In the emotional final stage, all the beautiful ladies brought unprecedented “unconventional” images, as well as continued to spread the spirit of daring to conquer dreams, cherishing the present and moving forward strongly to continue writing their own brilliant stories.

Previously, at Cong Show 5, Toc Tien’s team once again affirmed their position when they excellently won 2 Bong Hoa Dap Gio (equivalent to 2 debut spots). Following was Kieu Anh’s team with 1 Bong Hoa Dap Gio, while Minh Tuyet’s team temporarily went empty-handed, leaving many expectations from viewers for a strong breakthrough in the final round.

In the first round of the final night – Vocal & Performance stage, Toc Tien’s team had an emotional debut with the song “One Day or One Hundred Years”, performed by Bui Lan Huong, Pham Quynh Anh, Minh Hang and Duong Hoang Yen. On the background of the calm symphony decorated with images of sunflowers, the performance not only touched the emotions with four powerful voices but also made a strong impression with the cinematic visuals.

Continuing that creative spirit, Kieu Anh, Xuan Nghi, Tuimi and Thieu Bao Tram brought a magnificent Broadway musical stage with a fresher version of “Thanh Xuan” (Da LAB) through the lyrics “Hoi Dap”. The four “young ladies” together recreated the poetic Western street space, where gentle and captivating Jazz melodies blend with electronic sounds and chamber art, creating a colorful picture.

Closing the first round, the trio Minh Tuyet, Thao Trang and Hoang Yen Chibi transformed into dandelions spreading love through the mashup “Thank You and Sorry x Thank You Love”. From the extremely emotional introduction of Mie and Ngoc Phuoc, the three beauties took turns sending their thanks and apologies to the journey of Dap Gio that was about to end through songs filled with many feelings and thoughts. The performance was supported by electronic music, symphonic music and choir, bringing a profound and impressive musical experience.

Round 1 ended with a convincing victory for Minh Tuyet’s team, who achieved a total of 3,130 Wave Flower points, helping the team win the first Wind-Driving Flower Award. The three combined stages not only shone with eye-catching and ear-pleasing performances, but also showed the journey of bonding and spreading love of the 30 Beautiful Sisters during the 4 months of accompanying the program. 

Entering round 2 with a series of Dance challenges, Kieu Anh’s team opened with the mashup “Inh La Oi x Dinh Noc Kich Tran”, depicting the image of the Northwest mountains in spring through the image of the unique Thai ethnic girls. Folk materials combined with Hiphop culture, powerful choreography and colorful brocade costumes created an “explosive” performance. 

Meanwhile, Minh Tuyet’s team brought the audience into the Central festival atmosphere right on the Chi Dep stage with “Giận Mã Thương x Ho Hui Binh Tri Thien”. Not only bringing a mix between folk and modern features, the beautiful ladies also made an impression with their “standard” Central Vietnamese voices, in addition to their choreography with many beautiful formations. As for the beautiful lady Hoang Yen Chibi, she was extremely excited when writing her first X-part rap with the typical language of a region.

At the end of the second round, Toc Tien’s team treated the audience to a series of Tet scenes of “Goy” and “Luong” with the mashup “Ra Gieng Anh Cuoi Em x Mua Xuan Dau Dau x Roi Toi Luon”. With familiar images and humorous choreography, the six beautiful ladies with the typical mischievousness of Southern women created a vibrant atmosphere, making everyone stand up and dance. 

The overall victory of this round belongs to Toc Tien’s “wedding sisterhood” with 3260 Hoa song points, while Minh Tuyet’s team took the lead over Kieu Anh’s team with 2950 points. This result has unexpectedly changed the current situation, making the race more intense and unpredictable than ever. The final result depends on the individual votes from the audience and will be announced at the Gala Awards Night of Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024.
